Side Trip to Brasstown Bald and Helen while camping at Trackrock

It is always interesting to check up on these two sites every once in a while to see how they are holding up and adapting as the years go by. I’ve been going to these two sites for over half a century. While I avoid crowded destinations to camp at, these two places make a good day trip.

I think I rode a horse about 57 years ago on my first date with my wife at a farm at the base of Stone Mountain in Decatur, Georgia. We both rode the same horse. So I may need a few pointers for this week’s trail ride at Trackrock Stables.

This is Milo and Terry getting ready to hit the trail!
