We are definitely not full timers! We love our home town and love to fish in Lake Wedowee about an hour away from home. Cheryl is retired from teaching first grade but I am still working three days a week. We have made a few month long trips. One up the Mississippi and into the UP of Michigan. Another touring the springs of central Florida. It seems like we have a few favorites that we hit every year like Pigeon Forge, Jekyll Island, Destin, and the North Georgia Mountain towns of Blueridge, Blairsville, Ellijay and Hiawassee. I give a lot of thought to the destinations I choose. And a lot of planning goes into the trips. These days reservations are harder to naill down. By the time we make a trip I feel like I have already been there because of all I have read about the places. Every trip we make seems to be my favorite!

Give me some ideas for another trip. Somewhere you have been and really enjoyed. If it is in the Southeast USA…I am game.
