Are You On the Level?

When I bought a new 2021 F350 Super Duty and put a B&W Companion fifth wheel slider hitch in it I found that I could no longer get completely level. Taking the rig out to a fairly level parking lot I found that the front end of the camper frame is 1/2 inch higher than the back end when measuring from the frame on both ends. A phone call to Open Range support got me a quick reference to a local-to-them hitch shop. I tried to call the shop but didn’t get an answer and did not retry. As I thought about it I decided that the best solution would probably be in changing out the king pin to whatever Lippert suggests for this truck. The kingpin that came on this Open Range Light 318 RLS is a combo gooseneck/fifth wheel king pin. The reason I am thinking that this is my best option is because I can tolerate losing a half inch in distance between camper and bed rails. For some people this could be a problem, especially if they are already at bare minimum on clearance there. Here is a picture of my rig as it currently is. I don’t think this is a problem. Do you? I have never taken it to the scales to try and get the weight on each axle. Do you think I should? If that is possible I guess that would show me how much the tilt is shifting the weight toward the back axle.
